Saigon Centre has in 2009 upgraded its retail floor to provide shoppers with a taste of premium shopping experiences. Under the new retail layout, all shops are ensured of maximum window frontage wherever they are located. The 3.2m ceiling height give a spacious feel to shoppers and all shops are easily accessible by both escalator and lift.

3 levels of retail in Saigon Centre focus on different theme for each floor i.e. Café on the ground floor, international fashion & accessories brands on 1^st floor and lifestyle and home furnishing shops on 2^nd floor.
